The best and worst thing Twitter did in 2009: RT
They just be lots of haters out there nowadays, and really jealous ones...
Bring it to 'em...
Whatever is next for you will definitely be interesting to watch.
Maybe you could become director and start making fiction movies too, not just documentaries?
If in the future you have a need for a Moose with random knowledge, some programming skill, some marketing skills and well, just lots of randomness, please contact me =)
Hope you still high quality posting, that was really matter, not how frequently.
At the time you were just getting ready to kick the door open on your gig at MS. You were excited, giddy really. You were at a pretty high profile as the ubervlogger dude.
You have now taken that whole idea and blown it out the window, creating a category of media that makes a difference with people, simply by sitting down and having conversations with you. It is an inspiration to others like me, who are tiptoeing out there in producing cool media.
Keep learning, keep teaching, bro. I know I've learned a lot by watching your career and your work, and feel like "hell, if he can keep moving through his stuff, I can too." That is an important skill and gift.
I hope I can have you on ScottsBigMouth on RootsUpRadio.com soon. After all, I haven't exactly nailed down the video angle of the community media work in Chicago yet, and we need to pick that huge kick-ass brain of yours for the audience's benefit. ;-)
Best,
SF

thanks for letting us know your news, and compliments for all your good work. Doing a self hosted Wordpress is fun and so simple that this caveman can do it!
I am now working on a WPMU in Italian.
Ciao a tutti!

I'm sure you will rock at whatever you decide to do now.
Rasmus
Good luck and I wish you all the best in whatever is next.
Hope to see you at SXSWi

Can't wait to hear what's next.
That being said, I think your departure from FC will free you up to do what you do best ... be that free bird advance social media/technology scout and early adopter that pops up on everyone's radar.
Suggestion: I know you adore Friendfeed and cannot understand why everyone isn't as smitten as you are ... but you should tweet more. It's where so many newbies to social media begin their journey, and you scooted away before it hit its stride. Twitter dominates the news buzz cycle for good reasons. Friendfeed does not, and never will IMHO. It owes any success to Twitter, and that's pretty much a one way street. People do not discover Friendfeed first, then discover Twitter, do they? {begin quoting Friendfeed growth rates ... now:-}
Good Luck!
Thanks for all that you do for us and best of luck with whatever you decide to do next.
Warm regards!
One thing that you CAN clarify - as I'm looking at your blog right now, the footer lists a number of Mansueto Digital Network properties. Will the footer remain when you return to your sole role of Fast Company columnist? And am I correct in assuming that you, and not Mansueto, retain rights to the scobleizer.com domain?
And good luck. I'll have my eye on word from SXSW

Good luck! See you at SxSW!
So is it AMD you'll be working with?
Best of luck.
Hey, I think SiliconAngle has a couple of open, unpaid positions.
I've noticed a lot of uncertainty and angst in people recently. People asking questions like: Am I doing what's right? Where do I go next? Am I doing what I love? What's my creative DNA? Where does the market go and how does that impact me?
---
Good Luck.
Anyway - I know you will land on your feet - you probably already have.
Good luck.
Good luck. This is a challenging time and I'm flat out convinced that it will be the innovators and entrepreneurs that lead the way "back" from wherever it is this is going. Your commitment an input is extremely valuable and I look forward to what you have to say at SXSW. I'll see you there.
And if I can help - just let me know.
See you at SXSW next week.
Good luck and keep up the great work!
Looking forward to seeing you at SXSW!
> That way I can really play with some of the newer plugins and widgets that I haven’t been able to use here.
You are on a WordPress.com VIP account, so you can use any plugins or widgets you want here, just like self-hosted WordPress. Feel free to email me if you'd like to explore further.
Just a few weeks ago Gina Trapani from Lifehacker started a new blog, and now Scoble - these are interesting times. Looking forward to see what you come up with next.
I hope your new venture is you -- blogging. And tweeting. And feeding.
Whatever you do, just continue to pioneer the medium. You are best when on the fly: always on, always fresh. Announcing at South By sounds like a Fast Company thing. Get back into the wind -- ride the therms.
Enjoy!...Steve
We'll follow you wherever so carry on and we look forward to supporting your next endeavor! :-)
I'm surprised, but then again, not. You talents will not go unused, I'm sure, and I'll be looking forward to hearing all about what the next big thing will be.
You are a huge asset to the communities you are part of. I won't wish you luck because you are more than capable of creating that wherever you are, but I do wish you well. Excelsior!

Yesterday, I actually thought of you and wondered about the guy interviewing that lady taking pictures of landmarks between her legs. Who took time to visit that much companies. That went to great heights and battled with the biggest heads in this digital world.
And then you posted... anyways, a little tribute, and the best of lucks.
I always saw events like these as a necessary sloughing off period. Always good to shed the old skin and feel what it's like to start afresh. Good luck and with your prolific output and work ethic, it will be interesting to see a whole new you!
Forgive me for my love of Loren's latest vid
Sorry and congrats on the move. Onward and upward, as they say. Some fodder for thinking about what's next, esp. relative to your comments on Flip Video experiences, here is a post I wrote on building a crowd-sourced version of CNN:

Check it out.

Look forward to your ongoing passionate contribution in all that you do.
If you're open to great ideas, lets talk. (http://media.tearn.com/2009/01/robert-scoble-bl...)
If you have great ideas, we can make it happen, fast.
Whatever comes next for you I'm betting it will be huge. I look forward to seeing what it will be. Best wishes!

How am I going to write something inspiring for you to put on your wall at the next company if you don't tell me where you're going? :)
Sorry that you're leaving FC - Inc. just asked me back for blogging, so you'll see more of me there.
Won't see you at SXSW, but will look for you at Web 2.0.
The good times that let you live this lifestyle won't be back for at least 5 years.
Get depressed, get very depressed.
Thanks,

If you want to help, then I suggest you put your weight behind getting advertising distribution turned over to social media users via an open ad network. This would make companies more accountable and allow tons of people to start making money from the Internet. This would inject trust back into buying, increase consumer confidence, and rebuild the world's economy from the ground up.

Good luck and I am serious about the offer, at least the hosting and the beer.
