Zoho looks to be the best SaaS collaboration suite available.
I looked over the market offering about 3 years ago and have been using it ever since. Their service so far has been better than I would've hoped for.
I believe they get the collaboration thing and the price is right, especially compared to those who are rather 'one-or two trick' SaaS providers.

Surprised it wasn't mentioned more often, but Google Reader has been huge for me. But maybe that doesn't count as productivity, as I also might be wasting more time due to reading greater numbers of blogs on wider variety of subjects.
