I like alltop but not as a platform for reading but for discovering new blogs to follow. First time I looked at it I think I added 15 new feeds to my reader. I haven't noticed if the list has changed since it was launched but I'll hit every now and then to see if any new feeds are interesting.

That was one of the best of 2008 for sure - here's my list of the Top Ten before that:
Oh my god egos is so typically US-centric and sad. When will you, Gabe and Guy realise there is more to the internet than just reporting/repeating a bunch of self centered A[merican]-list bloggers but you are all so up each others A[rses] it doesn't surprise me.
Read any American newspaper and the world/global news is normally a footnote at the end of the paper.
Wake up smell the coffee, the world hates fat, loud stupid yanks and lists like the one Guy has produced is a reflection of this introverted nature.
What will you all do when the bubble 2.0 goes pop?

scoble, can you pull off a "guy kawasaki" or will you always be the guy carrying that camera and running behind people and asking "who are u " followed by "hahhahahahahaha" , i expect u should have been doing that interview with steve since you were the microsoft evangelist where as guy was apple's evangelist, i guess you would have been too unnerved by steve and the techie audience

Simply amazing and beautiful. Makes we wish rather than becoming an Accountant I would have gone into Medical Research.
And ZeFrank is in there. I thought he'd retired, but he's got a text blog down the left side of his home page. And plenty of traffic still.
Don't you ever try hosting anything with them, if you have any problem you are out of luck, they never answer your emails, they just don't care.
If you know some heavy ass there please tell them to fire the whole customer service unit.
And yes, I am pissed off!
When did the whole thing turn into an ego trip?
Is it the equivalent of the elite lounge at the airport?
Maybe we are in the danger zone when we start to believe our own hype and listen to ourselves talking rather than others.
