Good ole, #12 and the Revolution of 1800...per se. But Edwards, might hafta pay special attention to Article II part 4. ;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tho try that on "History Teacher" Newt Gingrich and he will practically relive the 15/23 Resolves and Article IIish Madison vs. Hamilton debates for yah. :) Really tho, Benjamin Franklin's plea for prayer, in the middle of it all, saved this country.
