credit to you on how you handle your detractors Robert. The internet is a cruel place. Don't let it get to you. since you're linking to penny-arcade today, that reminds me of they once neatly (hilariously) summed up this related phenominon:

Yes, credit to you Robert. You compare well to the antics of the likes of Mark Pilgrim. You may know him from dive into python, I know him as the author of the MBDF virus.

    I kinda like globosphere :)

I know talking nice about Coulter wouldn't go well here. I am starting to hate the nudity.

Infact reading thru naked conversation, globosphere, and other creepy buzzwords (web2.0, ajax, etc) gives me the feeling we are going through a time of reverse emperor's new clothes syndrome (if there is one like that :)
maybe we aren't so naked after all...

Met: is that a bad thing?
  • met · 3 years ago
Not for the person who puts on the semblance knowing the truth.

Or most important, bad for the people who stand to lose by falling for something (because they were duped)
These could be a consumer, even a VC or sometimes even MS buying a shitake startup.

I have to admit it does look cool to see people surf on top of the froth (especially you scoble)

I wonder why geeks get made at each other so much. Now if you didn't work at the OLD EVIL, i wonder if everyone would be so mad at you. I got some cool pictures of what i did with my phone (cingular 2125) i need to send you.

Seeing as how Sitemeter hosed my stats for 11 hours (apparently irretrievable now - doh - server20 went pear shaped - human error!) this fits in very nicely - in fact so much so that I took a snap so you can see the before and after shots - an odd but fitting fit.

Hey - could even be the next thing in announcing the death of a person's tired out blog site...

Isn't it a shame that Coulter doesn't have a site - then we could have a collaborative shat fest. Now that's what I call Web 2.0 thinking :)
