It's mind boggling how Microsoft is still very far from being a competitor for Google or even Yahoo. I searched for medical and health information and even ASK.com was a better resource than Microsoft. Very disappointing.

Yeah, it is only a company that has such a truly unique way of managing their employees "visionary" that can rise to the levels that they have. I cant imagine such tolerance in most industries. "Brains and techies" seem to need a whole different way of handling in order to allow them to express themselves and to bring out their true, creative innner geek.
