World-brand-building mistakes France’s entrepreneurs make
Am I glad to be an eastsider or what? :)
Only as he left he would put a padlock on the outside of the door and told them they could get out when the problem was solved.
Are you sure...
The 520 bridge is one of the few places I've ever felt claustrophobic. There's something about being stuck in a place with no way out when you are there in a traffic jam.
I presume that you actually mean "because" ;-)
Yes, the "be" is implied. Welcome to West Coast talk. :-)
We already pay gas taxes for the roads but with our expensive real estate and the "not in my backyard" mentality we never get much done. Not to mention the very short window to do a lot of work in dry conditions.
When I lived in the Dallas area, freeways popped up in just a couple years whenever needed. Went there not too long ago and there were several new freeways and toll roads, and they are nice and wide with extra feeder lanes on the sides. It's pretty nice when you have lots of land and double the property taxes.
Even with the good traffic flow maps and cameras here, we need more on the major side streets. It would be nice to know not to go down 148th or 85th or wherever when leaving work. Not enough coverage there.
